RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number provided by Canadian Spa Company. No returns will be allowed on opened product. No returns on hot tubs/swim spas/saunas. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders that are cancelled 60 days after being paid are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the total order value.
DELIVERY
Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to consumer’s address. The consumer is responsible for offloading the swim spa.
DAMAGES
The customer must notify Empire Saunas of any damages within 48 hours of receipt by submitting a claim to support@empiresaunas.com. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted. Submitting a claim does not guarantee that the damage will be covered by the Company.
WARRANTY
Manufacturer product warranty is outlined as per the chart below:
All warranty requests must be made through our service portal, which can be found at: canadianspa.com/pages/support-page. All product warranty conditions can be found at: canadianspa.com/pages/warranty-registration. Unless a service contract is setup with Canadian Spa Company, all warranty work must be performed by an authorized Canadian Spa Company service technician. No service work will be paid without a valid Canadian Spa Company work order, which needs to be obtained prior to scheduling and completing a warranty call.
