Canadian Spa Kingston Overview
The Kingston SE is a large, family-friendly spa is equipped with all of the high-end features that will guarantee that you and your guests have a great experience. LED mood lighting will help create a relaxing ambiance while you play the music of your choice through the spa’s Bluetooth audio system. Pop a scent into the tub’s aromatherapy canister, and sit back and relax to the soothing sound of water pouring out of four waterfalls.
Three 5 horsepower, 2 speed pumps accommodate four different speed control configurations while four air control valves help to ensure that everyone sitting in the hot tub is satisfied with their jet pressure. All 53 hydrotherapy jets are adjustable guaranteeing that every user will leave the spa satisfied. Our 9-step water purification system incorporates Ozone sanitization and 100 square feet of Antimicrobial SilverStream filtration to help ensure crystal clear water.

Structure
Our synthetic wood panel cabinets surrounding the interior, hardtop covers, and energy-efficient insulation, are all built with Canadian weather in mind - ensuring you receive a spa that is low maintenance and high performance! We take care of our spas, so that they can take care of you!
- Our seven-layer Blackout insulation features high-density closed cell foam and a heat retention blanket surrounding the interior, providing your hot tub with insulation that traps and retains heat
- Our molded base keeps water and pests out, while keeping heat in. It does it all without compromising its pleasing aesthetic
- Our spas use North American components, including Balboa to ensure quality, reliability and longevity
- The Aristech Lucite acrylic shell is supported by fiberglass and applied using Vinyl Ester Resin by automated tools and hand rolling

RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number provided by Canadian Spa Company. No returns will be allowed on opened product. No returns on hot tubs/swim spas/saunas. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders that are cancelled 60 days after being paid are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the total order value.
DELIVERY
Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to consumer’s address. The consumer is responsible for offloading the swim spa.
DAMAGES
The customer must notify Empire Saunas of any damages within 48 hours of receipt by submitting a claim to support@empiresaunas.com. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted. Submitting a claim does not guarantee that the damage will be covered by the Company.
WARRANTY
Manufacturer product warranty is outlined as per the chart below:
All warranty requests must be made through our service portal, which can be found at: canadianspa.com/pages/support-page. All product warranty conditions can be found at: canadianspa.com/pages/warranty-registration. Unless a service contract is setup with Canadian Spa Company, all warranty work must be performed by an authorized Canadian Spa Company service technician. No service work will be paid without a valid Canadian Spa Company work order, which needs to be obtained prior to scheduling and completing a warranty call.
