At Empire Saunas, we provide free shipping on most orders to enhance your shopping experience. Some exclusions apply, and these terms may adjust as we evolve our partnerships with manufacturers. If you're unsure whether free shipping applies to a specific product, please contact us for clarification. We're here to help!
Free shipping includes curbside delivery only. The delivery company will not bring your order inside your home or garage, nor will they set it up for you. A lift gate will NOT be available if the sauna crate is longer than 92 inches. Therefore, the customer will need to choose one of the following options to unload the crate:
1. Arrange for equipment to be available for unloading the crate.
2. Use a trailer to pick up the crate at the delivery terminal.
3. Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate at the delivery terminal.
Optional Service:
-If the customer cannot arrange for any of the above options and would like Empire Saunas to arrange for a tilt tow truck, we can provide this service for a fee of $ 950, which will be added to the customer’s account. Please call for assistance.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: Once you place your order, you'll receive an email or text confirmation based on your checkout preference. This confirms receipt of your order and pre-authorization of your payment method. If the item is in stock, we're preparing it for shipment. If it's on backorder or out of stock, we'll contact you to discuss alternative options or cancellations. You have the choice.
Shipping Confirmation: After your order ships, Empire Saunas will email the contact person listed on the billing address with shipping details, including the company name, phone number, and tracking number.
SHIPMENT: If you order a sauna, spa, or cold plunge, it will be delivered via freight. The delivery driver will call you when they're near your area to schedule a delivery time that suits you both. Delivery Timing: To ensure delivery by a specific date, please call Customer Service to verify product availability. The typical delivery timeframe for most items is 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For urgent orders, please plan ahead.
Any and all additional charges not previously paid or provided at the time of order, such as inside delivery, change of address, residential delivery, limited access, re-delivery, and storage fees, will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless stated in the customer order as part of the shipping costs pre-paid by the customer at the time of order.
Receiving Your Package:
- Please inspect the items you received carefully before signing any paperwork. Look for any visible damages, such as dents, scratches, or punctures, and be sure to note these on the delivery receipt. If you sign the receipt without mentioning any damage, it will be considered as your acceptance of the order in full and in good condition. Not reporting damage may lead to delays or denial of freight claims.
- Verify that all items in your package are present. If you notice any missing items, please report them within 48 hours by emailing us at support@empiresaunas.com. This 48-hour window is essential, as we cannot issue replacements for missing items after this period.
- For any "concealed" damages (damages that are not visible upon delivery), please notify us immediately by emailing support@empiresaunas.com.
Refusals: If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery for reasons other than damaged items or a shipping error, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with any applicable shipping charges.
30 DAYS REFUNDS & RETURNS
We appreciate your business and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
The refund will exclude all shipping charges and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse. Once the item passes inspection, credits will be issued, which may take 7 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Products purchased on clearance or during inventory sales.
- Items that have been used or altered in any way.
- Products that are damaged and cannot be resold.
- Products manufactured expressly for your order and custom or built-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded. Production begins immediately upon purchase.
